Preston EMS staffs one ambulance to provide basic and advanced life support in the event of a traumatic injury or medical emergency. The assessment, treatment and transportation of the ill or injured patient are the most recognizable tasks EMS professionals perform. The EMS crews are available 24 hours each day, 7 days a week in the event of an emergency. Call 911 when help is needed.

Knox Rapid Access System

Can Preston EMS and Preston Fire Rescue enter your gated community, your residence, or your business in a medical or fire emergency quickly and easily without delay? Or injury? Or property damage?

One of our challenges is in keeping an up-to-date secure list of the many individual access codes to our gated communities, private residences, and businesses. We have experienced delays in responding to emergencies when we have been unable to gain access to secure locations. With the Knox Rapid Access System, first responders can quickly eliminate barriers to entry.

PVES has registered with Knox to assist our HOAs, residents, and businesses in maintaining secure, yet simple, access to properties in emergency situations. Access is gained through one master key to individually coded key boxes at each entrance.
